COVID-19 Update (07/06/2020)

We are delighted to announce we will be operating a phased reopening of our practice from Monday 8th June.

We have always operated to the highest safety standards but we have put some additional measures in place to ensure the safety of our staff and patients. Our team members will be wearing additional Personal Protective Equipment, please don't be alarmed by this as its to increase all of our safety. We are still the same friendly team underneath.

During the early stages of us reopening, appointments will be prioritised and allocated on the day by a dentist, therefore please only attend the practice if you have been given an appointment following a telephone consultation. Due to PPE constraints we will be providing a narrow range of emergency care which will expand as the weeks go on.

To implement social distancing the practice door will remain closed and you will be given instruction on how to enter the surgery at a specific time prior to your appointment. Patients will be asked to attend alone, bring only essential belongings and use hand sanitiser on arrival. Toilet and seating facilities will not be available and all payments will be taken over the phone.

We will not be open to book routine appointments and there will be no access to the building except for patients who have been given an appointment.

The clinic will continue to operate a telephone triage service for dental emergencies, advice and urgent care via telephone triage will remain in place.

We would like to thank everyone for their patience during the past few months and we would like you to bare with us for just a while longer until we are able to provide a full dental care service.

In the meantime please stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you all back soon.
